Ingredients:
Apple (peeled & sliced) 2 large
Sugar ½ cup
Raisins 2 tbsp heaped
Butter 3 tbsp
Cinnamon Powder 1/3 tsp
Eggs (beaten) 2
Method:
Mix all together well and keep it aside.
Cut ¼ part of prepared dough and roll to a medium side roti, put prepared apple mixture on one side and brush one side with egg and roll the dough along the apples like swiss roll, put it on a tray, brush with beaten egg and give slits with a knife. Now bake it for half an hour.
