Ingredients:
Prawns (cleaned) ½ kg
Salt ¼ tsp
Black Pepper ¼ tsp heaped
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
For Sauce:
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic (crushed) 1 tsp
Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Red Pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
Oyster Sauce 4 tsp
Pepper Sauce 4 tbsp
For Garlic Rice:
Boiled Rice 2-3 cups
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic (crushed) 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Chicken Powder 1 tsp
Method:
Marinate prawns with all the ingredients for 30 min.
Method:
Heat oil, add crushed garlic, slightly sauté, add crushed black pepper, crushed red pepper, oyster sauce, pepper sauce, toss and add marinated prawns, cook for 5-7 min. Remove and serve with garlic rice in the center of the platter, surrounded by back pepper prawns.
For rice:
Heat oil, add crushed garlic, fry till its golden, add boiled rice with seasonings and sauce, toss well and serve.
