Ingredients:
Chicken Breast (flattened & cubed) 3
Salt ½ tsp heaped
Black Pepper ½ tsp heaped
Oil 1 tbsp
Dry Flour to coat
Egg (beaten) 1
Bread Crumbs ½ cup heaped
Sesame Seeds 2-3 tbsp
For Honey Mustard Sauce:
Lemon Juice ¼ cup
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Honey 2 tbsp
Mustard Paste ¼ tsp
For Sauce:
Mix all together with a whisk
Method:
Mix sesame seeds with breadcrumbs and keep it aside.
Marinate chicken with salt, pepper and oil for an hour, now coat it with dry flour, dip it in beaten egg then roll it in bred crumbs mixed with sesame seeds.
Deep fry the chicken on medium flame, serve with honey mustard sauce and French fries sauce.
