Ingredients:
Egg yolks 4
Mango puree or mango juice ½ cup
Whipped cream 1 ½ cup
Sugar ¾ cup
Milk ½ cup
Gelatin 1 ½ tsp
Method:
Dissolve gelatin In half cup mango juice, beat cream stiff, beat egg yolks with caster sugar, add in milk, and cook on very low flame for 2 min, remove mix in dissolve gelatin and mango juice, fold in fresh cream, pour in a greased mold. And leave it for set. Remove unmold and decorate.
