Roast Beef with pepper Sauce by Shireen Anwar at Masala Mornings

Ingredients:
Undercut               1 kg (1piece)
Oil                 ½ cup
Salt                 1 ½ tsp
Black pepper crushed 1 ½ tsp
Mustard powder     1 tsp heaped
Vinegar             3 tbsp
Hoi son sauce         2 tbsp
Soya sauce             2 tbsp
Water             2 cups
Pepper sauce         ½ cup
Flour             1 tbsp
Burnt sugar syrup 1 tbsp    
Flour                       1 tbsp
Vegetable boiled 1 cup
Mashed potatoes 1 cup

Method:
Prick undercut piece well with fork, martinet with salt pepper mustard vinegar soya sauce hoi son sauce, leave it for 4 hours.
Heat oil put marinated undercut fry well with both side for 10 min, add 2 cups water, cover and cook until done. Add in pepper sauce, half cup water; mix with 1 tbsp flour and burnt sugar syrup. Cook till saucy. Remove undercut in a platter cut into thin slices top with pepper sauce, serve with mashed potatoes and boiled vegetables.
