Ingredients:
Rice ½ kg
Beef (boiled) ½ kg
Yogurt 250 gms
Onions 2
Bay Leaves 2
Green Cardamoms 2
Cloves 4
Lemons 6
Mint Leaves 1 bunch
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Green Chilies Paste 50 gms
Plum 100 gms
Oil ½ cup
Biryani Essence few drops
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Black Peppercorns 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Salt 2 tsp
Method:
• In a pan, heat oil add onions and fry.
• Now add ginger garlic paste, green chilies paste, cumin seeds, black peppercorns, bay leaves, cloves, cardamoms, salt, turmeric powder and fry.
• Then add boiled beef, plum, yogurt, let it simmer for 5 minutes on low flame.
• After this, add soaked rice, water and cook it.
• When water dries and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
• Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, few drops biryani essence and remove from the stove.
• Hara Bhara Pulao is ready.
