Ingredients:
Chicken ½ kg
Green Gram (boiled) 1 cup
Red lentils (boiled) ½ cup
Plum 200 gms
Cumin Seeds (crushed) 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Red Chilies (crushed) 2 tsp
Fried Onion 1
Salt 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Water 2 cup
Green Chilies 4
Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
For Tempering:
Oil ½ cup
Finely Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
Curry Leaves 10
Method:
• Wash chicken, in a pan add plum , crushed cumin seeds, ginger garlic, turmeric, crushed red chilies, fried onion, salt, water and cook on low flame.
• When chicken tenders add boiled green gram ,red lentils, water and cook on 10 minutes.
• Now add green chilies and coriander leaves.
• After this, heat oil add finely chopped ginger, cumin seeds , curry leaves fry and add in daal.
