MURGH RESHMI Recipe by Rida Aftab in Tarka

Ingredients:
Whole Chicken              1 kg
Yogurt                  250 gms
Coriander Leaves              1 bunch
Cream                 ½ cup
Oil                     ½ cup
Salt                     1 tsp
Chaat Masala              1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder         1 tsp
Raw Papaya Paste              1 tbsp
Whole Coriander (crushed)      1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds              1 tbsp
Red Chilies (crushed)         2 tsp
Green Chilies Paste         2 tbsp
Lemon Juice                 4 tbsp

Method:
•    Marinate chicken with yogurt, raw papaya, crushed whole coriander, cumin seeds, crushed red chilies, green chilies paste, salt, garam masala powder, cream, lemon juice and leave it for 1 hour.
•    Then  heat oil, add chicken  and cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
•    After this, add chicken and fry on high flame.
•    When dries water and removes from the stove.
•     Sprinkles coriander leaves, chaat masala and serve.
