Ingredients:
Beef (mince) ½ kg
Egg 1
Onions (chopped) 2
Garlic (chopped) 6
Bread Crumbs 1 cup
Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup 1tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Cumin Seeds ( chopped) 2 tsp
Paprika Powder 2tsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Oil as required
For Vegetables:
Carrots 2
Long Chopped Capsiums 6
Butter 50 gms
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Method:
• In a bowl , add mince, onions, garlic, bread crumbs,coriander leaves, black pepper, tomato ketchup, turmeric, cumin seeds, paprika powder,lemon juice, and mix well.
• Now make kababs.
• In a pan, heat oil fry kabab and take it out.
• In separate pan, add butter, carrots, capsicums, black pepper, salt and fry.
• Pour in kabab and serve.
