MURGH MASALA Recipe by Rida Aftab in Tarka

Ingredients:
Chicken                  1 kg
Red Chilies               10
Ginger, Garlic              1 tbsp
Vinegar                   1 tbsp
Tomato Paste             1 cup
Oil                     ½ cup
Onion Paste               1 cup
Coriander Leaves             ½ bunch
Coriander Leaves ( crushed)        2 tbsp
Bay Leaves                   2
Black Peppercorns         1 tsp
Turmeric                 1 tsp
Yogurt                    ½ cup
Green Chilies (crushed)         2 tbsp
Salt                    to taste

Method:
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, vinegar, crushed coriander, bay leaves, black peppercorns, turmeric powder,salt, crushed green chilies and leave it 1 hour.
In a pan, heat oil add small red chilies and when aroma comes add ginger garlic paste, onion paste, tomato paste and fry.
Then add chicken and fry.
When water dries add yogurt, coriander leaves, let it simmer for 10 minutes and serve with rice.
