Ingredients:
Lasagna Pots 1 packet
Chicken (mince) ½ kg
Onions (chopped) 1
Mozzarella Cheese ½ packet
Cheddar Cheese ½ packet
Cream 1 packet
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Finely Chopped Tomatoes 250 gms
Tomato Puree 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar 2 tbsp
Oregano 2 tsp
Red Chilies (crushed) 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Carrots 1 cup
Capsicums 1 cup
Method:
• In a pan, heat oil add chopped onions, chopped garlic and chicken mince.
• Now add brown sugar, crushed red chilies, salt, tomato puree and cover it cook for 15 to 20 minutes and take it out.
• In a pot add lasagna Sheets, mince and cream.
• Sprinkles mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, finely chopped tomatoes, capsicums and oregano.
• Bake 200c for 20 minutes.
• Lasagna pots is ready.
