INGREDIENTS:
Cottage Cheese 200g
Butter 100g
Onion 1
Mushrooms 1 cup
Carrots 1 cup
Capsicum 2
Peas 1 cup
Potatoes 2
Green Coriander 2 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup 1 cup
Finely Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Round Red Chilies 6
Hot Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
Oil as required
METHOD:
Heat oil as required; add potatoes, carrots, capsicums, peas, mushrooms and cottage cheese. Fry it and take it out. Now take another pan, heat it and add half of the butter in it. Add round red chilies, fried vegetables, black pepper, salt, tomato ketchup, hot chili sauce and finely chopped garlic and mix it and cook it for 1 minute. Heat sizzling platter, add the remaining butter and put the onions after chopping them. Put remaining vegetables and serve.
