INGREDIENTS:
Plain Flour 2 cup
Cardamon Powder 2 cup
Butter 100 gms
Water 1 cup
Oil ½ cup
Butter Milk ½ cup
Baking Soda ½ cup
Baking Soda ½ tsp
Eggs 2
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Coconut ½ cup
FOR FROSTING:
Butter ½ cup
Milk 6 tbsp
Sugar Powder 2 cup
Coconut 2 tbsp
Method:
• In a bitter ,add butter, sugar powder, butter milk, water, oil and bitter well.
• Now add egg, vanilla essence and beat .
• Then plain flour, baking soda, coconut and fold.
• After this, in a grease tray, add prepared mixtures.
• Then bake 180c for 30 minutes.
• For Frosting
• In a bowl, add butter, milk, sugar powder and beat.
• Now cool it cake add prepared frosting .
• Sprinkles coconut and serve.
