Chocolate Bars Recipe by Zarnak Sidhwa in Food Diaries

Ingredients :
Filling :
300 gm Sugar
200 gm Coconut Grated
125 gm Cream
50 Butter
Covering :
500gm Chocolate Melted

method :
Cook the ingredients for the filling together while stirring it continuously for about 10mins on medium flame, till it thickens.  Pour it on a greased tray and spread it, let it cool. With a knife, mark the bars but don’t separate them. Put it in the fridge overnight. The filling should be set by now.
Separate the bars and keep aside.  Melt the chocolate on double boiler, once it is smooth, dip the filling bars into it and allow it to dry and set on a tray lined with greaseproof paper. Refrigerate and enjoy.
