Ingredients
Chicken 1kg
Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
Tomato 3-4
Salt 3 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Green chilies 6
Ghee ½ cup
Black peppercorn 8
garam masala 1 tsp
Coriander for garnishing
Ginger for garnishing
Method:
First of all combine chicken, tomato, garlic, ginger, salt and black pepper in a pan .
Cover the pan and allow cooking for 10 minutes.
Now add ghee, cumin, garam masala and black peppercorn and mix well to cook nicely.
When chicken is tenderized then add green chilies
Remove from the flame and garnish with coriander and ginger slices.
