INGREDIENTS
Fish Boneless fillet 500 gm
Lemon Juice 150 gm
Salt 15 gm
Black Pepper 2 gm
Chopped Garlic 10 gm
French Mustard 15 gm
Egg 3 gm
Flour 25 gm
Crushed Coconut 200 gm
Oil (for deep frying) as required
How To Cook Coconut Fish
Add Fish pieces in a pot.
Add All Ingredients Mix
Coat in plain flour.
Beat an egg.
Dip in egg and then coat in Crushed Coconut
Heat some oil in a pan.
Deep fry the nuggets.
