Grilled Red Snapper
Ingredients:
Red Snapper 2 pcs of medium size
Ginger Juice 1 tsp
Garlic Juice 1 tsp
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
White Pepper As per taste
Black Pepper As per taste
Salt As per taste
Butter 2 tsp.
Method:
• Take red snapper and marinate it for 10-15 mins with ginger, garlic and lemon juice. Add black pepper and salt as well.
• Cook fish on a charcoal grill for 5 mins.
• Prepare a lemon butter garlic sauce. Take a pot; add garlic paste, black pepper and lemon juice and butter. Cook it for 8-10 mins.
• Glaze fish with lemon butter garlic sauce and serve it.
