Mexican Flavored Chicken
Ingredients:
½ kg boneless chicken
50 grams butter
2 tbsp oil
2 onions
1 tsp garlic
1 cup ketchup
1 cup stock
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp red chili powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup olives
1 tbsp raisins
2 capsicums
2 tbsp chili sauce
2 red chilies
1. Method:-
2. Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan and melt 50 g butter .Sauté 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 2 chopped onions
3. Add ½ kg boneless chicken pieces and 1 cup stock
4. Now add 1tsp red chili powder, 1/2tsp salt. Reduce the flame to a simmer, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
5. When the chicken is tender add 1 cup tomato ketchup, 2tsp vinegar, 2 diced capsicum,2tbsp chili sauce and ½ cup finely chopped olives.
6. Mix and turn the flame off
7. Lastly add 2 whole red chilies and sprinkle 1tbsp raisins on top
