Basin ki khasta Roti:
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup basin
1 medium potato ( boiled and mashed)
1/4 cup onion fine chopped
1/4 cup green coriander chopped
2 tbsp green chillies chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red chillies
1/2 tsp cumin seed crushed
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp dry fenugreek leaves
2 tbsp butter ( to serve on top)
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl ( except butter), knead with water untill forms
into smooth dough, cover with damp cloth and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
Divide dough into small equal balls, flatten and roll into round of 6 inches.
Heat up tawa on medium flame, cook roti on both sides.
Brush up with butter and serve hot.
