Ingredients:
- Boiled Chick Peas 250 grams
- Boiled Potatoes 250 grams
- Crushed Red Chilies 1 tbsp
- Chopped Onion 1
- Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
- All Spice Powder 1 tsp
- Onion Seeds ½ tsp
- Tamarind Paste ½ cup
- Crushed Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
- Finely Chopped Coriander 3-4 tbsp
- Finely Chopped Green Chilies 3-4
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take a cooking pan add 4 tbsp of oil, heat the oil add onion and fry add 2 tbsp of garlic paste mix it well.
- Now add 250 grams of boiled potatoes cut into cubes and add 250 grams of boiled chick peas.
- Now add 1 tbsp of crushed red chili powder, 1 tbsp of crushed cumin seeds
- Add ½ cup of tamarind paste, 1 tsp of all spice powder
- Add to taste salt add as required water cook until the potatoes and chick peas are all together.
- At last add ½ tsp of onion seeds mix it well and cook until the gravy is thick take it out in a serving bowl garnish with 3-4 tbsp of finely chopped coriander
- Add 3-4 green chilies and serve it.
