Hari mirch ka salan

Ingredients:

250-300 gm Green Chili
1/4 cup Oil
8-10 Curry Leafs
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 medium Onion sliced
1medium Tomatoes sliced
2 garlic Clove chopped
1 tsp Ginger chopped
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Tara Garam Masala
1/4 cup Tamarind Pulp
2 tbsp Coriander Leafs

Stuffing:

3 tbsp Coriander Seeds
3 tbsp Dry Pomegranate Seeds
2 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1.1/2 tsp Salt
2-3 clove Garlic
2-3 tbsp Water

Method:

Combine stuffing ingredients in a chopper and make a chutney and then make a slit on one side of green chillies. Now fill them with chutney and put them a side.
Now heat oil in pan, fry mustard seed, curry leaves, onion, tomatoes, garlic ginger and all spices till make a thick smooth masala.
Put the stuffed chillies on masala and add tamarind pulp, cover the pan for dum.
Then serve with garnish of green coriander.
