Stove Baked Cake
Ingredients:
Egg 3
Flour 2 cups
Icing Sugar 1-1/2 cup
Butter 200 grams
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Lemon Essence 1 tsp
Method:
• In bowl add 1-1/2 cup icing sugar, 200 grams butter. Whipped together.
• Whipped until it turns into cream then add 3 eggs along with 1 tsp lemon essence.
• After this add 2 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, strain and add in mixture. Fold as required
• Now mold the mixture and place saucepan on flame.
• Place stand in between.
• Also place cake mold and cook on low flame for half an hour.
• In the end turn off the flame.
• Stove baked cake is ready to serve.
