Ingredients:
- Undercut beef ½ kg
- Green chilies grinded 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Boiled and mashed potatoes ½ kg
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Onion chopped 2 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 4
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Eggs beaten 2
- Vermicelli slightly crushed 2 cups
Method:
- Boil undercut with grinded green chilies, salt, black pepper, vinegar, ginger garlic paste, 1 cup water, when water dries, cool undercut and chopperized slightly, mix allspice, chopped onion, green chilies, coriander leaves chopped to chopperized undercut, also mix in boiled and mashed potatoes, mix all well, make into egg shape kababs, dip in beaten egg, roll in vermicelli, deep fry.
- Serve in a basket, arrange with fried rice noodles
