CHICKEN MORNAY
Ingredients:
Chicken With Skin 1 kg
Flour ½ cup
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Garlic Powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Thyme 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Red Chilies (Crushed) 1 tsp
Oil for fry
Cheddar Cheese 1 packet
Ingredients Of Sauce:
Butter 3 tbsp
Egg Yolks 2
Cream 1 cup
Stock ½ cup
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Grated Cheddar Cheese 1 packet
METHOD:
Marinate chicken add vinegar, garlic powder, salt, thyme, black pepper, red chilies crushed mix well and leaves for 2 hours.
Then heat oil coded chicken in flour fry on medium flame.
To prepare sauce in bowl add butter, egg yolks, cream, stock, black pepper, salt mix into.
Now add this mixture in pan let it cook. Remove from the stove when mixture is thick.
Now in one dish fried chicken pieces add prepared sauce.
After this sprinkle grated cheddar cheese bake 200c for 15 minutes.
