Fish Saag Methi by Rida Aftab

FISH SAAG METHI
Ingredients:
Fish 1 kg
Boiled Spinach 1 kg
Fenugreek Leaves ½ kg
Green Chilies 50 gm
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Sour Yogurt 275gm
Cream ½ cup
Ingredients for Fish:
Red Chili 1 tsp
Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Carom seeds 1 tsp
Gram flour 2 tbsp
Rice Flour 2 tbsp
Oil 1 cup
Method:
• In fish add in 1 tsp red chili, 2 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp carom seeds, 2 tbso rice flour and 2 tbsp gram flour and keep it for an hor.
• Heat 1 cup oil and deep fry it.
• Then add in ginger garlic paste in the oil, add in ½ cup water and add in chopped green chilies. Add in 275 gm sour yogurt, fenugreek leaves, salt and 1 tsp turmeric. Cook it.
• Add in boiled spinach and cook it on a high flame.
• Add in cream, simmer it for 5 minutes and close the flame.
