Chinnoti kunna
Ingredients
Mutton 1 ½ kg big pieces
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp heaped
Water ¼ cup
Ghee 1 cup
Chili powder 3 tsp heaped
Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp heaped
Onion 1 large sliced
Black cumin ¾ tsp
Wheat flour ½ cup mixed into a thin paste with 1 cup water
Method
In a matka put ginger garlic, mixed with water, add ghee, mutton, chili powder, coriander, salt, turmeric and sliced onion, cook cover till its water dries, then fry well, add 3 cups water for mutton to get tender, add wheat flour paste, stirring all the time, lastly add crushed black cumin, cook till oil comes on top.
