Ingredients:
- Rice 2 cups
- Capsicum 2
- Eggs 4
- Yellow food color as required
- Green onion ½ cup
- Oil 1@ cup
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
- Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash and soak rice for 3-4 hours.
- Drain the water and add in water along with 2 tbsp vinegar and boil it.
- Simmer it for 5 minutes. Take ½ cup oil and heat it. Add in eggs and beat them.
- Add in yellow food color and keep on moving the spoon.
- Then add in capsicum and then rice.
- Add in soya sauce, 1 tsp sugar, salt and 1 tbsp chicken cube flour.
- Add in rice and stir fry it.
- In the end Add in 1 tsp sesame seed oil, ½ cup chopped green onion and serve it hot.
