Khara Masala Karhai Gosht Recipe

Khara masala karhai gosht
Ingredimets
Mutton ½ kg
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Whole spices 1 tbsp
Curry leaves 6
Mustard seeds ¼ tsp
Fennel seeds ¼ tsp
Onion seeds ¼ tsp
Red chilies crushed 10 to 12
White cumin whole 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds ¼ tsp
Oil ½ cup
Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
Ginger sliced 1 tbsp
Garlic crushed 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp heaped
Green chilies 4 cut into halves length wise
Onion chopped 1
Tomato chopped 2
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Method
Boil mutton with 2 cups of water, ginger garlic paste and whole spices till mutton tender, remove and keep aside. In a bowl mix together curry leaves, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, onion seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, crushed red chili, crushed black pepper and salt, also add in sliced ginger and crushed garlic, heat oil in a wok add in the mixture in a bowl also add in onions, fry for 5 minutes, add green chilies and chopped tomatoes. Fry well add in the boiled mutton, cover and cook till oil comes on top. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
