KHARAY MASALAY KA QEEMA
INGREDIENTS
Minced Meat ½ kg
Sliced Onions 250g
Crushed Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger 2 tbsp
Whole red chilies 10
Salt 1 teaspoon
Mixed all spices(whole) 1 tbsp
White cumin seeds 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Yogurt ¾ cup
All spice ½ tsp
Green coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Green chilies 2
Method:
In a pan, put 250g sliced onions, 2 tbsp ginger, 1 tbsp chopped garlic,10 whole red chilies, ½ kg minced meat, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp mixed all spices,1 tsp white cumin seeds, ½ cup oil and cover the lid and cook it until it is half done.
Then add ¾ cup whipped yogurt and then again cover the lid until the oil comes up.
In the end, add ½ tsp all spices, 2 tbsp green coriander leaves and 2 green chilies.
