Anda Khoya Halwa
Ingredients
Milk 2 kg
Egg 5
Clarified Butter ½ cup
Crushed Cardamoms 2-3
Citric Acid 1 pinch
Sugar as required
Almonds Pistachios for garnish
Method
Take 2 kg of milk heat the milk and take it out and set aside. Take 1 pinch Citric dissolve into some water and add it to milk and mix it well then add 5 eggs beat it mix it well and cook on a low flame and continuously stirring. When the mixture is thick add as required sugar when the mixture is dry add ½ cup of clarified butter and 2-3 crushed cardamoms mix it well continuously when the clarified butter comes up and when its color is change take it out in a serving bowl and garnish with almonds pistachios and serve it.
