Thai Green Handi
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp heaved
Yogurt ½ cup
Cream ½ packet
Oil ¼ cup
Butter 2 oz
Thai green curry paste 3 tbsp
All spice ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Curry leaves 15
Onion 1 large boiled in 1 cup water for 15 mins and blend
Method:
Heat oil. Add onion paste, ginger garlic, thai green curry paste. fry for 10 mins till light golden. Add in chicken with all the dry seasonings and half cup water. Cover and cook till chicken done. Add yogurt and cream. Fry well. lastly add butter and remove.
