Monaco Tidbits Recipe by Shireen Anwar

Monaco Tidbits
Ingredients:
Saltish biscuits 3 dozen
Boiled and shredded chicken 1 cup heaved
Spring onion ½ cup chopped with leaves
Sweet corn 2 tbsp
Capsicum ½ finely chopped
Butter 2 tbsp
Flour 3 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp heaved
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Chopped green chilies and coriander leaves as required
Milk ½ cup
Water ½ cup
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Eggs 2 well beaten
Bread slices 4 made into crumbs
Method:
Make very thick white sauce. Add in it boiled shredded chicken, corn, capsicum, spring onions with all the rest. mix well. Cool mixture. Spread on 1 biscuit. Cover with second biscuit. Dip in beaten eggs. roll in fresh bread crumbs. Deep fry.
