Siwayyon aur Aam ki Kheer
Ingredients:
Milk 1 kg
Siwayyan 4 tbsp
Sago dana 2 tbsp
Sugar ½ cup
Green cardamom grinded ½ tsp
Rose water 2 tbsp
Condensed milk 4 tbsp
Mango 2 cups peeled and cut into tiny cubes
Method:
Boil milk with sago dana till tender. Add in Siwayyan. When slightly thick add sugar, ilaichi, rose water. Remove. Cool. Mix with cubed mango. transfer to a serving bowl serve chilled.
