IMLI AUR KHAJOOR KI CHUTNEY by Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Tamarind pulp 1 cup
  • Dates 15 soaked and de seeded
  • Brown sugar ¾ cup
  • Water 2 cups
  • Lemon salt ¼ tsp
  • Black salt ½ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger powder 1 tsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a pan except black salt and cook until thick for 20 mins.
  2. Remove and blend.
  3. Add black salt, corn flour 1 tbsp and re cook for 2 to 3 mins.
