HYDERABADI LUQMIYAN
Ingredients:
Flour 2 ½ cups
Ghee 3 tbsp heaved
Salt 1 tsp leveled
Egg 1
Sugar 1 tbsp
Water to knead
Method for dough:
Sieve flour and salt. Add in sugar and egg. Rub in ghee. Mix well. Knead with water in to a medium dough. leave to rest for 30 mins. Make in to small balls. Roll into rectangular thin roti. Cut sides. Put mince filling on 1 edge then fold sealing it well with water.
Ingredients for filling:
Beef mince 250 gms
Onion chopped 2
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Green chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp heaved
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
All spice ½ tsp
Crushed coriander ½ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves ¼ cup
Method for mince:
Heat oil and fry onion till soft. Add mince with ginger garlic paste. Cook till water dries. Add all the ingredients. Fry well. Add half cup water. cover and cook on low flame until done. Lastly add coriander
