Lachaydar Pyaz kay Kabab

Ingredients:

  • Beef ½ kg
  • Gram lentil 1 cup
  • Button Red Chilies 8
  • Whole Black Peppers 6
  • Black Cardamom 2
  • Cinnamon 1 piece
  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander Seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Yogurt 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Egg Whites 2
  • Rice Flour 2 tbsp
  • Onion Rings 3
  • Mint leaves (chopped) 1 bunch
  • Coriander Leaves (chopped) 1 bunch
  • Green Chilies (chopped) 4
  • Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Wash meat and add in water and gram lentil, cook everything together.
  2. Add in whole red chili, ginger, garlic, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp coriander seeds
  3. Add 6 black peppercorns, 2 big cardamoms, 1 piece cinnamon and some salt. Cook till the meat tenders. Cook it and chop it.
  4. Put the mixture in the big bowl, add in rice flour, 2 egg whites, 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  5. Add 1 bunch mint leaves, 1 bunch chopped green coriander and 4 chopped green chilies.
  6. Grease the hands, make kabab and add onions in the filling.
  7. Shallow fry them till golden brown. Serve hot.
