Ingredients:
- Chicken (14 pieces) 1
- Chopped green chilies 6
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Tamarind Paste ½ cup
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Black peppercorns 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take 1 tsp white vinegar and 1 tsp whole black peppercorn.
- Mix it and grind it. Was chicken pieces and add it in the pan.
- Add in salt and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
- Mix everything. Boil it and dry the water.
- Add oil in the wok and deep fry the chicken till it is golden brown and take it out.
- Take out half of the oil and add in 1 tbsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp white cumin and 1 tsp black peppercorn.
- Cook it for some time. Garnish it with green coriander and serve hot.
