Aalu Bhujia recipe by Chef Shireen Anwar on live Masala TV program “Masala Mornings”.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes (boiled) 4
- Oil ¼ cup
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Onion Seeds 1 tsp
- Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves few
Method:
- Cut potatoes in small squares and boil and keep aside.
- Heat oil; add mustard seeds,onion seeds, garlic and little water.
- Then add dry spices.
- Fry well add potatoes curry leaves, 1 cup water, cover and cook then slightly mash potatoes serve garnished with coriander and green chilies.
