Ingredients:

  • Boiled Potatoes ½ kg
  • Lemon 2
  • Crushed Black Pepper ½ tbsp
  • Crushed red Chili ½ tbsp
  • Chopped Green Chili 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Roasted White Cumin Powder ½ tbsp
  • Corn Flour 4 tbsp
  • Rice Flour 4 tbsp
  • Eggs 3
  • Oil as required

 

Method:

  1. Mash to boiled potatoes add crushed black pepper crushed red chili
  2. Add salt lemon juice roasted and grinded white cumin and chopped crushed green chili and make rolls
  3. Then in a cup beat egg add corn flour rice flour and mix then in a karahi
  4. Heat oil and deep fry to till golden brown and serve.
