Ingredients:
- Boiled Potatoes ½ kg
- Lemon 2
- Crushed Black Pepper ½ tbsp
- Crushed red Chili ½ tbsp
- Chopped Green Chili 2
- Salt to taste
- Roasted White Cumin Powder ½ tbsp
- Corn Flour 4 tbsp
- Rice Flour 4 tbsp
- Eggs 3
- Oil as required
Method:
- Mash to boiled potatoes add crushed black pepper crushed red chili
- Add salt lemon juice roasted and grinded white cumin and chopped crushed green chili and make rolls
- Then in a cup beat egg add corn flour rice flour and mix then in a karahi
- Heat oil and deep fry to till golden brown and serve.
