Ingredients:
- Potato ½ kg
- Red Chili (crushed) 1-1/2 tsp
- Cumin Seeds (crushed) 1 tsp
- Whole Coriander (crushed) 1 tsp
- Tamarind Paste 3 tbsp
- Ketchup 3 tbsp
- Chaat Masala 1 tsp
- Coriander (finely chopped) 1 tbsp
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil potatoes, then cool it and peeled them off.
- Slice potatoes in cube shape.
- In a mixing bowl add red chili, cumin seeds, whole coriander
- Add tamarind paste, ketchup, chaat masala, garlic paste, oil and salt. Mix it well.
- Now add potato cubes in it & mix it well.
- Now cook it for 5 minutes & dish out.
- In last add coriander & serve it.
