Aaloo Chana Chaat

Ingredients:

  • Boiled chickpeas                         3cups
  • Yogurt                                             1-1/2cup
  • Potatoes (boiled)                        1cup
  • Sugar                                               2tbsp
  • Salt                                                  1-1/2tsp
  • Onion sliced                                 1cup
  • Tomatoes cut in cubes              2
  • Green chili sliced                        4
  • Coriander chopped                    4tbsp
  • Tamarind pulp                                      1cup
  • Coriander powder                      1tbsp
  • Cumin powder                                      1tbsp
  • Red chili powder                         1tsp
  • Papri                                               1cup
  • Chaat masala                               2tbsp

Method:

  1. For tamarind sauce add tamarind paste, coriander powder.
  2. Add cumin powder, salt and some sugar to mix.
  3. Now add the leftover sugar in yogurt and whip it.
  4. Now in a platter add all the ingredients on top of the other to serve.
