Ingredients:
- Potatoes 1 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Green Chilies (crushed) 6
- Tomatoes ½ kg
- Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
- Onions 2
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Red Chili 1-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
- Corinader Leaves ½ bunch
- Oil ½ cup
- Black Pepper (crushed)1 tsp
- Spring Onion 1 cup
- Coal 1
Method:
1. Cut potaoes, tomatoes and onions.
2. In a a pan, heat oil add cumin seds.
3. When aroma comes, add potato and fry.
4. Now add ginger garlic, turmeric, crushed black pepper, spring onion, garam masala, red chili, tomato and onion.
5. In the end, add coriander leaves, cover it and cook for 20 mniutes.
6. Give coal steam.
7. Aalu aur timatar ki subzi is ready.
