Ingredients:
- Potato ½ kg
- Cauliflower ½ kg
- Garlic 2 tbsp
- Onion 1 large
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Salt as per taste
- Mint 4 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion and garlic.
- Now add cumin, mustard seeds, red chili and turmeric.
- Then potatoes add and fry for 5 minutes.
- After this in 2 cup of water add salt and cook 15 minutes on low flame its come to boil.
- Now add cauliflower and further cook for 5 minutes.
- Finally add mint and remove from flame.
