Aalu Gobhi

Ingredients:

  • Potato                                   ½ kg
  • Cauliflower                          ½ kg
  • Garlic                                     2 tbsp
  • Onion                                    1 large
  • Turmeric                              1 tsp
  • Red chili powder               1 tbsp
  • Cumin                                    2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds                   1 tbsp
  • Oil                                          ½ cup
  • Salt                                        as per taste
  • Mint                                       4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onion and garlic.
  2. Now add cumin, mustard seeds, red chili and turmeric.
  3. Then potatoes add and fry for 5 minutes.
  4. After this in 2 cup of water add salt and cook 15 minutes on low flame its come to boil.
  5. Now add cauliflower and further cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Finally add mint and remove from flame.
