Aalu Gosht by Zubaida Tariq

Aalu Gosht by Zubaida Tariq recipe by Zubaida Tariq is to be deliciously cooked at live cooking show “Handi” on Masala TV only.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Green Chilies (finely chopped) 3
  • Onions (finely chopped) 3
  • Potatoes 4
  • Black Cardamoms (ground) 4
  • Black Pepper 10
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) 4 tbsp
  • Salt as required

Method:

1. Peel and wash potatoes.
2. Add mutton, chopped onions, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste. Oil, black cardamoms, black pepper and 2 cups warm water in a pan and cook on low flame.
3. When meat is tender, add chopped potatoes and yogurt. Cook and stir.
4. Add 3 cups warm water and leave it on low flame to simmer.
