Ingredients:
- Potatoes 4
- Yogurt 3 cups
- Green Chilies 6-8
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garlic 2 tbsp
- Mint Leaves 1/3 bunch
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Curry leaves few
Method:
- Boil potatoes and chop it in 4 equal portions.
- Beat yogurt in a bowl.
- Now heat oil in a pan, fry curry leaves, green chilies and garlic together
- Add potatoes in yogurt add oil tempering to it and mix well.
