Aalu ka Raita

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes                    4
  • Yogurt                        3 cups
  • Green Chilies             6-8
  • Salt                             1 tsp
  • Garlic                          2 tbsp
  • Mint Leaves               1/3 bunch
  • Oil                               2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves              few

 

Method:

  1. Boil potatoes and chop it in 4 equal portions.
  2. Beat yogurt in a bowl.
  3. Now heat oil in a pan, fry curry leaves, green chilies and garlic together
  4. Add potatoes in yogurt add oil tempering  to it and mix well.
