Aalu kay Dahi Baray

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt                           1 kg
  • Fresh milk                     half cup
  • Corn flour                     1 tsp
  • Sugar                             2 tbsp
  • Salt                                half tsp
  • Ingredients for dahi Baray:
  • Potatoes (boiled & mashed) half kg
  • Egg white                               1 – 2
  • Crush red pepper                   1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes                       1 tsp
  • Roasted and crush cumin     1 tsp
  • Rice flour                                3 tsp
  • Salt                                          1 tsp leveled
  • For tamarind Chutney:
  • Tamarind paste                      1 cup
  • Black salt                                ¼ tsp
  • Dried ginger grinded             ¼ tsp
  • Cumin roasted n crush          1 tbsp
  • Chili powder                           1 tsp
  • Salt                                          half tsp

Method:

  1. for Chutney:
  2. Mix all together.
  3. Method for Baray:
  4. Boil and mash potatoes add in rice flour, crush red pepper black pepper.
  5. Roasted cumin crushed salt, mix well grease your hands; make kabab dip them in egg white shallow fry.
  6. Beat yogurt add in milk corn flour sugar and salt, beat until smooth.
  7. Take a large dish add in some yoghurt then tamarind Chutney
  8. Then potato Baray, again yoghurt garnish with coriander leave chanti and serve.
