Ingredients:
- Yogurt 1 kg
- Fresh milk half cup
- Corn flour 1 tsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Salt half tsp
- Ingredients for dahi Baray:
- Potatoes (boiled & mashed) half kg
- Egg white 1 – 2
- Crush red pepper 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Roasted and crush cumin 1 tsp
- Rice flour 3 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp leveled
- For tamarind Chutney:
- Tamarind paste 1 cup
- Black salt ¼ tsp
- Dried ginger grinded ¼ tsp
- Cumin roasted n crush 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt half tsp
Method:
- for Chutney:
- Mix all together.
- Method for Baray:
- Boil and mash potatoes add in rice flour, crush red pepper black pepper.
- Roasted cumin crushed salt, mix well grease your hands; make kabab dip them in egg white shallow fry.
- Beat yogurt add in milk corn flour sugar and salt, beat until smooth.
- Take a large dish add in some yoghurt then tamarind Chutney
- Then potato Baray, again yoghurt garnish with coriander leave chanti and serve.
