Ingredients:
- Boiled & Grated Potatoes 3 cups
- Beef Mince 1 cup
- Green Chilies (sliced) 4
- Coriander (chopped) 1/3 cup
- Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
- Onion (chopped) 1
- Bread Crumbs 2 cups
- Eggs 2
- Flour ½ cup
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tbsp
- Coriander 1 tbsp
- Garlic 2 tbsp
- Ginger 2 tbsp
Method:
- Mix salt, coriander and green chilies with boiled potatoes.
- Now heat oil in a pan and fry garlic, onion and mince for 5 minutes on high flame.
- Now add red chili, cumin, coriander, ginger with 1 cup water and bring the mixture to boil and then cook on low flame for 15 minutes, add salt, turmeric and green chilies and cook till water dries off.
- Now make balls out of small mixture and fill these balls with mince mixture, shake it in the form of Kabab.
- Coat these kabab with flour and dip in beaten eggs, fold in bread crumbs and fry .
