Aalu Mince Cutlets By Mehboob Khan

Ingredients:

  • Boiled & Grated Potatoes               3 cups
  • Beef Mince                                       1 cup
  • Green Chilies (sliced)                       4
  • Coriander (chopped)                       1/3 cup
  • Red Chili Powder                             1 tbsp
  • Onion (chopped)                             1
  • Bread Crumbs                                  2 cups
  • Eggs                                        2
  • Flour                                       ½ cup
  • Salt                                          1 tbsp
  • Oil                                           for frying
  • Turmeric                                 1 tsp
  • Cumin                                      1 tbsp
  • Coriander                                1 tbsp
  • Garlic                                       2 tbsp
  • Ginger                                     2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix salt, coriander and green chilies with boiled potatoes.
  2. Now heat oil in a pan and fry garlic, onion and mince for 5 minutes on high flame.
  3. Now add red chili, cumin, coriander, ginger with 1 cup water and bring the mixture to boil and then cook on low flame for 15 minutes, add salt, turmeric and green chilies and cook till water dries off.
  4. Now make balls out of small mixture and fill these balls with mince mixture, shake it in the form of Kabab.
  5. Coat these kabab with flour and dip in beaten eggs, fold in bread crumbs and fry .
