Ingredients:
- Spinach (washed& sliced) ½ kg
- Oil ¼ cup
- Potatoes (4 quarters) 2 large
- Garlic (crushed) 1 tsp
- Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Cumin ½ tsp
- Whole Red Chilies 8
- Cumin ¼ tsp
- Crushed Red Pepper ½ tsp
- Chilli Powder ¼ tsp
Method:
- Heat ¼ cup oil, add crushed garlic and fry till its slightly brown.
- Now add in chopped spinach with salt, crushed red pepper , cumin and whole red chilies
- Now cook spinach for 7-8 min, and remove the mixture.
- Use the same pan, add potatoes in it, add cumin ¼ tsp, crushed red pepper ½ tsp and ¾ cup water.
- Cover and cook till potatoes are tender.
- Now mix it cooked spinach mixture and cook for a while.
- Lastly add in chilly powder and serve
