Aalu Temater Bhujya
Ingredients
Potatoes (cubes) 3-4
Tomatoes (chopped) 3
Cumin Seed 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Tara Garam Masala 1 tsp
Fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
Green Chilies (chopped) 2
Coriander (chopped) 2 tbsps
Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add the cumin seeds, Let it splutter for few seconds.
Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes until tomatoes are soft. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, salt and potatoes, mix and cook on slow flame till the potatoes are soft.
At the end add fenugreek leaves( dry), Taara garm masala, green chillies and green coriander, and cover the pan for 2-3 mint.
Dish it out and serve with paratha.
