Ingredients:
- Potatoes (boiled) 4-5
- Coriander Leaves (chopped)2 tbsp
- Mint Leaves (chopped) 1tbsp
- Green Chillies (chopped) 4
- Onion (chopped) ¼ cup
- Tomato (chopped) 2 tbsp
- Cumin Seed (crushed) 1 tsp
- Black Pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
- Salt 1tsp
- Red Chilli Flakes ½ tsp
- Lemon Juice 2 tsp
- Garam Masala 1tsp
- Eggs 2
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Mix all ingredients (except egg ) in a bowl, take 2 tbsp of mixture
- and make
- a round ball,
- then press it and make a small tiki.
- Dipp it in beated eggs and shallow fry till light golden brown on
- both sides.
- Serve with sauce.
